Michał pays close attention to the hurdles photographers face. He thoroughly analyses each challenge to uncover its source, allowing him to build solutions that truly make a difference in their day-to-day work. That’s what he finds most fulfilling.
Always striving to grow, he is also a psychology student, seeking new ways to improve his contributions. His hyperfocus and ADHD empower him to see complex projects through to the end. He doesn't believe in the word "impossible," a fact he has repeatedly demonstrated with every new feature added to Mafelo.
Agnieszka
Mafelo Co-founder, Brand Manager
Agnieszka is the visionary who first imagined Mafelo. She directs the application's development, oversees the brand's visual design, and coordinates teamwork and marketing. A wedding and family photographer with more than 10 years of experience, she understands the importance of deadlines. When she decides something needs to be done, consider it done.
Balancing her professional life with being a mum to a spirited 5-year-old, she has become an expert at managing different roles. She cultivates a positive atmosphere in the team and is deeply committed to maintaining the highest quality in everything we do.
Emilia
Customer Support Specialist
If you have questions about Mafelo, Emilia is sure to have the answer. She is the first line of support for photographers. She knows the solutions to even the toughest questions and challenges related to the app – from setting up your account to payments and bookings. With her help, every obstacle becomes just another simple step in your setup process. Emilia knows how to make everything run like clockwork, making your daily work easier.
Privately, she is a mum to one little one and two grown-ups (who are also like little ones). She loves the sun, holidays, and, just like you, she is also a photographer.
Alicja
Social Media & Communications Coordinator
Alicja is the heart and soul of the Mafelo community. She conducts interviews that inspire photographers to grow and connects with our entire community in groups and across all corners of social media. She makes sure Mafelo is always where it should be: in the spotlight.
She has been part of the photography industry for 11 years. She not only takes pictures but also runs workshops, training sessions, and her own brand, "Lifestylowo-naturalnie." She is in her element both on social media and behind the lens. She loves connecting with people almost as much as she loves travelling, good coffee, and Asian food. She is a mum to twins.
Kasia
Copywriter
Kasia puts into words all the information, tips, and news we want to share with you, creating valuable and engaging content. She is responsible for writing inspiring blog articles, as well as announcements for interviews and other important events. She takes care of the text on our website, ensuring every photographer can easily find all the essential information to make working with the app easier.
In her private life, she is in love with the Italian dolce vita. She travels, practises mindfulness, and celebrates life's small pleasures.

Editor
Lucyna is our video subtitle specialist. Her work allows photographers to gain knowledge in any situation, even when they can't listen to the audio. Thanks to her, the insights from our interviews are accessible anytime, anywhere. Precision and attention to detail are her trademarks.
Outside of work, Lucyna is a wife and a mum to two little princesses who constantly inspire her to take on new challenges.
